Each class is 55 minutes

Classes are conducted on the Reformers, Spine Correctors, and Cadillacs using small props. Class sizes are limited to 4 maximum and 3 minimum and signup is mandatory. We pride ourselves on being able to offer a quiet, non-competitive, environment while being able to offer top notch instruction and individualized attention for each participant.
